Обязательные, некомпенсируемые, невозмещаемые платежи правительству. Компенсируемые, или добровольные, платежи правительству в системе национальных счетов (System of National Accounts) рассматриваются как "текущие неналоговые поступления". Обязательные, но возмещаемые платежи правительству, т.е. поступления, подлежащие возврату в установленный срок, показываются в статье "временное финансирование правительства".
